Terms of Use

Last updated: September 14, 2026  ·  Effective: September 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and Epochara (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the ChatDock application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

2. License and Apple’s Terms

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails to the extent required by Apple.

3. Description of the Service

The App is an independent utility that allows you to open and manage multiple accounts on supported third-party messaging platforms using isolated in-app web containers, together with optional news and utility features. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, or any of their affiliates. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Assumption of Risk

Important. Your use of third-party platforms through the App is at your sole risk.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers paid options to remove advertising and unlock Pro features:

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal; because the App’s digital content is supplied immediately with your consent, this right may not apply, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with its policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Price changes may apply to future renewal periods as permitted by Apple.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law; (c) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App or third-party services; or (e) circumvent any purchase, security, or access-control mechanism.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Developer or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights except the limited license above. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that it will work with any third-party platform or that any third-party platform will remain available or compatible. You use the App at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, accounts, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 10. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including, for EEA/UK consumers, statutory rights.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party terms or rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (including advertising, payment, AI, and news providers). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Modification of These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 15) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us; if unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA/UK, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge and agree that:
